i have lived in perry place on two separate occasions. The first time was with my parents and it was fine, no problems. Then i moved in 2 years later with my boyfriend, hey i had lived here before and it was fine right' Well since i have lived here the apartment burned down next to us, the one i share a wall with, was kicked out of my apartment for five days because of that, oh but they gave me 16 dollars a day for it.....what can i do with that' buy a happy meal' water off for about 20 hours straight. then when rebuilding apartment next door sprayed chemicals that could have killed us on the drywall and had to leave or risk brain damage. but was given 14 dollars for the night i slept on a friends floor. dishwasher broke and didnt come to fix it for 5 days, but they did have time to sticker my car because my license was about to expire and they said they were going to tow it. the manager at the office claims to be out when we call to talk about a problem yet when we drive by her car is there. when we go in to confront her about it she is in a meeting. havent received mail in 6 days and apartment refuses to help find out why from mail service. waited 2 monthes to get a new medicine cabinet which was broke when we moved in. First time here fine no problems first manager, since i moved back there has been a different manager from last time. maybe her lack of ambition brought on the problems but i guess when you drive a jaguar and dress well you dont need to care if your residents are unhappy or that no one cares to stay at this place. good luck to potential renters and the company that owns this place.
