I have lived in Perry Place Apartments now for a little over a year. I don't seem to mind it at all. The maintence staff as well as the office staff have been very helpful in accomadating myself. I have had minor problems with my apartment however the maintence staff is always there to fix the problem promptly. I have an affordable monthly rent. I have referred many people here and will continue to do so. I find that this place is very comfortable and accomadating.
