I've lived here 2 1/2 years.. Within the past year, I've had very loud neighbors who like to leave their bags of trash in the hallways instead of walking the 25 feet to the dumpster. this makes the halls stink and look gross when you have visitors coming!! Plus, it seems every month they make mistakes on the billing. ALSO, my refridgerator was broken for a year and a half.. They kept coming back to fix it, and everytime they left I had to clean up pools of water and all the mess they made.. It took over a year of asking for a new fridge before they finally stopped being cheap and brought in a newer used one. The parking lot is covered in potholes, every year or so people come in and cover them up, but within two months the gravel comes out and the potholes are bigger. The steps going up to the third floor are loose and unsturdy. Can't wait till my lease is up! The laundry facilities are very dirty and small, I always take my laundry to the local cleaners, even though it is out of my way. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!!
