Perry Place Apartments is not ran very well. In the summer time my apartment had a hole in the living room, and bugs started coming in they refused to help me. Or change me to another apartment for the same price. They offered me another apartment but it would of been about $100 more. After that the office workers were very rude to me, and I still am calling about my security deposit. Which its been four months now. So please pick another apartment to rent you will be much happier.

The office people are very rude, especially Natalie. She is terribly rude all of the time. She always blames you for problems and half of the time doesn't even give the maintenance people the whole list of repairs to be done. She is rude on the phone and in person. They are very stupoid to keep her on staff. When I told her I wanted to give my written notice, she was even less desirable to deal with. The only person in there that is descent is Brad. He is very cordial and polite. Erica and Natalie definately have to go.
