I moved in and had a dog and i was to pay 25 dollars a month for the pet. I ended up giving my parents the dog because it wasnt adjusting well. I talked to the office and they said just give us a letter from the new owners stating that you do not have the dog and you wont have to pay the 25 dollars a month anymore. so i did and kept a copy of the letter. 7 monthes later i get a letter stating that i am seriously over due on my rent and i went into the office and talked with them. aparently they continued to charge me for my nonexistent pet and then charged me late fees. then they took me to court with absolutely NO notification and tryed to charge me 144 dollars in court fees plus my other "late" payments. when brought to theyre attention the realized theyre HUGE mistake and said theyd fix it. now i have a mark on my credit history for late payments. Dont move here they are a bunch of monkeys running the office. its not worth all the headache you will get.
