I'm a 20 something female who rents alone. The aparments are okay....nothing spectacular. However I must admit, it is partailly reflected in the price to rent. The apartments are rather inexpensive and the maintence is so/so. The buliding I reside in is rather old and you can tell. The other residents are rather scethchy...in my opinion. For the apartments being in Grand Blanc, I see the cops out there quite a bit and someone actually stole something out of my car.

I moved here from the Detroit area suburbs. The maintenace guys are great here. The rent is cheap and you get a workout room 2 pools and the grounds are pretty good. Some of the residents are trashy i must admit. The cops are out here quite a bit, but i think mostly for noise. It's a good place to live for the rent while you are working and getting your degree. Once you have your degree get the heck out of Genesse County and live life because there isn't crap in Geneswee County.
