fountain pointe charged us over $2000 for claims of unpaid rent and bills and other fees like not returning keys and damaged carpet...all of it was untrue. i had never missed a rent payment and im not a bum. i pay my bills. they billed us for insane charges that didn't make sense. how can they charge us for consumers' we paid the bill and had it transferred! u cannot transfer an account unless the old account is paid!!!!!

parking was always a nightmare because there were too many cars and not enough spots. i cannot tell you how many times i had to walk a long distance just to get to my apartment.

DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU HAVE A CELL PHONE!!! I HAD TWO DIFFERENT CELLULAR CARRIERS WHILE I LIVED HERE: NEXTEL/SPRINT AND ALSO VERIZON...I HAD TO LEAVE THE COMPLEX IN ORDER TO GET A SIGNAL...OR WALK FAAAARRRR OUTSIDE! GET A HOME PHONE IF YOU LIVE HERE.

Also, Maintenance can walk in without permission. they walked in one day when i was almost completely nude. they DID knock...but i didn't answer because I didn't have clothes on! then they came in and i was covering myself and they said they would wait in the hall. WHAT HAPPENED TO PRIVACY'!

do not live here unless you want to be accused of being a bad resident and put into debt for thousands of dollars. IT CAN HAPPEN TO YOU! DON'T THINK IT CAN'T!!

(one beautiful thing about living there...and there is ONLY ONE thing...is the pond with the ducks and fish. i loved it.)

LOL.... every bad review I have read seems to be the person who was the problem and NOT the complex.... Walls that are solid and keep your energy bill from sky rocketing, yes, it will keep you from getting good cell phone reception... so get a landline. lol geez get over yourself already!
