I moved in because I heard that the management is good. Once I moved in, I realized that it is quite to the contrary...the office staff do not know a thing of what is going on, and on top of that they are downright rude!!! Noisy neighbors, no deadbolts/ safety chains on doors, bad plumbing...and no one EVER gets a cell phone signal inside the apartments!!! And once you have signed a lease, they do not let you move out even if you want to, so you are pretty much stuck for a year. In short, I would never recommend this place to ANYONE...and I would encourage anyone considering this place to think twice!!!

Well to the fact you were stuck into your lease for a year that happens at any apartment complex. Maybe you should read what you sign before signing it. As for no dead bolts on the apartments, I can say for a fact that if you were to be polite to the office staff they would gladly put in a maintenance request to have it done. The staff is usually quite nice unless you come in with an attitude then they know no matter they do to try and solve your problem you will still not be satisified. You sound like a person that if everything isn't just right you get an attitude. It is not the complex's responsibility to make sure that you have cell phone reception. I hope you take it upon yourself to verify that you get cell phone reception and the plumbing is up to your expectation and the staff has a good attitude at your next location. You should be able to judge these things before signing your lease. May God help you to look inside yourself to find satisifaction and gratification that you are able to afford a place to live some people don't even get the opportunity.
