I should not have ignored the bad reviews that people wrote about this place but I moved in anyway. The place has very bad maintenance. The grounds are never cleared of trash, so the place is full of mosquitoes and other insects. Bad plumbing, so the drains get clogged every once in a while. Management is terrible, they refuse to let you give written requests for maintenance so you won't even have any documentation that you actually put in a request. Neighbors are very noisy, and even when you put in a complaint to management they act very rude and never do anything about it. Parking is never enough. Cell phone signals do not catch on. On top of that, there are clauses in the lease which are not evident at first...like the tenant having to get the carpet washed by a professional cleaner once a year at least, no option to sublet in case you want to move out (even LEGALLY!!!). To cut a long story short, this place is the worst nightmare anyone can have and I would never recommend this place to anyone!

LOL, yeah? Go to windsor place and live there for awhile, then tell us what you think about fountain pointe.
