I have lived at Fountain Pointe for five plus years. If it were the horrible place that others were talking about Fountain Pointe wouldn't have so many long term residents here. The complex is very clean and every time I have called maintenance they have been very timely. The office staff have always been overly helpful and very nice to me. My parking space is right outside of my apartment, there are cart ports available as well for an extra charge. The dumpsters are close by but no so close that I have to smell them in the warmer weather. I am in a great building, that allows dogs. All of the other complexes I looked at that allow dogs were nasty, dirty and in really bad shape on many levels. There is a beautiful stretch of yard next to my building that is mowed regulary. I haven't had any problems with snow/ice removal. Before I wake up in the morning the sidewalks are cleared off. I have friends within the building and have not had any noise issues. Fountain Pointe is one of the few complexes I found that had outside locked doors along with, obviously, secured individual apartment locks.
