I have Lived in Fountain Pointe for over 10 years and prior to that I lived in another apartment complex in Grand Blanc for over 8 years. Fountain Pointe Maintenance has made every attempt at keeping the grounds well maintained and the building up to code.You have the benefit of calling to the office to report a maintenance problem or putting it in writing and giving it to the office staff to forward to maintenance. There is also the emergency number you can use to get help with a maintenance problem after hours.The Management staff has changed over the years but the owners have always attempted to provide their tenants with polite and helpful Management and office staff.The owners also have shown interest in making sure that the tenants of Fountain Pointe are treated fairly and with respect.The rent amount has been maintained at an affordable amount.The pond and the ducks and geese are an added bonus along with the pool and the tennis courts. Some tenants can be loud and careless about respecting the rights of other tenants and some of the children are unsupervised But that is not the responsibility of the management that is the responsibility of the parents. When there is an ongoing problem Management has attempted to remind tenants of the lease guidelines, There have been unexpected floods and Parking lot problems and Problems with the driveways But these
were not the cause of neglect on maintenance or managements or the owners part These were due to weather ,Sewer problems due to road commission work and drain problems due to work done by the road commission. Every attempt was made to correct the problems and to compensate tenants for the inconvenience it may have caused. The apartments are painted on a regular basis and the furnace and air conditioning are maintained and checked on a regular basis.Every apartment complex has its pros and cons. You can find good and bad anywhere even in neighborhoods when you live in a house.I have remained at Fountain Pointe because the managemnt and maintenance have made every effort to help me out in any situation that may have occurred. I would recommend living at Fountain Pointe to anyone that has the understanding it is an apartment complex and its tenants are what make it either a home or hole.
