I am a current resident at Fountain Pointe and have actually lived here once before. I am very pleased with the quality of my apartment, the maintence and office staff. I, however, have never broken my lease or not paid my rent. It seems to me that all of the bad reviews are from people who broke their lease and were then mad that the management held them to the contract they signed.

Anytime I have friends over they ask me how much my apartment is and Can't believe the great price for all of the space and ammenities. I often use the exercise room which is great. They just got a new treadmill and have re-covered the multi-gym. I love to take my friends down to the pond to feed the ducks, geese and swans. My nephews just LOVE IT! My neighbors are all very friendly and the grounds are full of matured trees and beautiful flowers.

I love it here and would gladly refer anyone looking for an apartment.
