I just moved into fountain pointe and i have only lived here a month and its been one thing after another. We will start at the begining, when we went in to sign our lease for a bottom floor 2 bedroom they "accidentaly" gave it away to someone else AFTER WE PUT A 100$ HOLD ON IT! So we were forced to get another one that we didnt really want on the second floor. Then they wouldnt let us see it until the day we moved in wich i thought was fishy. I know now why they didnt let us see it, The carpet was nasty and stained and they were to cheap to replace it so we were stuck with that. The second bedroom was the worst, it smelled like cat pee. So we told them the day we moved in they HAD to replace that, it was unbearable.Wich was going to be the room of our baby on the way! Along with the carpet our sliding door was old and wouldnt barely move and our bedrrom window was the same way and it separted from the frame it was in when you tried to open it. So after we told them reaptedly for a month about our problem they fianlly sent a note to us and taped one on our door saying they fixed it all....but the thing is they didnt! they never came and shampooed the carpet like they said they did and they never fixed our windows. It was alomst funny like how dumb do you think people are, we would know if you shampooed our carpets! so we called back and said if this doesnt get done we were not paying rent until it was done! So low and behold the next week someone came to replace our carpet. They aparrently needed to get the carpet out of the house so they broke out our screen to throw it out the window...we came home and the carpet was replaced but...THEY LEFT THE CLOSET DOORS IN OUR DINING ROOM AS WELL AS THE MAIN DOOR, AND THE SCREEN ON THE FLORR BENT TO HELL!!! IAM SCHOCKED PEOPLE GET AWAY WITH THIS! So we had to caLl yet again to tell them to come back AGAIN and finish what they started. So they came back and fixed the screen and the closets doors...but not the main door'' So we had to Call aGAIN and have them come BACK over and but the doort back on.....So this has been my first month there you can imagine my frustration. Only `11 Months to go! (And my door still isnt fixed) Not to mention the staff who for some reason never knows who you are or what your talking about because they apparently dont communicate with eachother. Its one big annoyance.

Why did you sign the lease if the carpet was nasty? You could have looked else where.

I live at Fountain Pointe. Unless you have a town house, you can't even get a 2 bedroom on the bottom floor. Second and third floor only.

Hey then why did you move in the first place you should have waited till they fixed it all, then move in duh!!creating LESS STRESS on yourself
