I have lived here for over 4 years I am completely satisfied. After having lived in a great many apartments before, this is definitely my favorite. The floor plan is great (spacious corner kitchen with 2 entrances) and the price is extremely reasonable. The dining room and bathroom came with a nice marbled-beige wallpaper. Bob the maintenance guy is friendly and super competent. The workout room in the clubhouse is also awesome. The grounds have a very pretty pond where you can feed a variety of waterfowl in the summertime. I will admit that the windows are cheap; but if you take the time to weatherstrip and shrink-wrap them in the wintertime, you rarely need to run your heat! Overall a great place to live.
