A good place to live, if you must be in Michigan...

Fountain Pointe is a good place to live.. The rent rates are reasonable.. The property is well maintained,with a few "minor" problems such as orange barrels in the drive ways,repave the trouble spots.. the place could use a fresh coat of paint and a trash recepticle by the mail boxes in front,for junk mail no one wants to cart home,come on!!!! Besides that, the office staff,ecspecially Julie the manager,and Sarah are really nice and helpful.. All in all Ive been here going on 7 years and the I love the place....
