Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
 
I live in one of the town houses. No complaints with Fountain Pointe. Cell coverage is spotty at best (I have Verizon) in the complex, so plan on getting a Vonage line or a land line with your TV package to use at home. Lots of TV & internet service options (Comcast, AT&T U-Verse & DSL, DirecTV).
