	I live in one of the town houses. No complaints with Fountain Pointe. Cell coverage is spotty at best (I have Verizon) in the complex, so plan on getting a Vonage line or a land line with your TV package ... more

	I had tires stolen from my car in the parking area and when I mentioned they needed to add lighting to the parking area to decrease theft.....they couldn't comply. Been accused of bikes being left in area...guess what?! I didn't ... more
