I hated every minute of it. I wanted to break my lease to find a better place, (most apartent complexs have a dissatified tenat clause, not them) They would take my deposit, and charge me twice hte amount of the partment if they did not rent it out, is how the manager explained it to me. Maintance never came to fill out my 7 day list, you know the one you get when you first move in, and then they had the nerve to try to charge me for the repairs out of my deposit when I left. I recommend keeping a copy of your list like I did. My kitchen sink never drained right, the smell was horrid, like something died in there, before I moved in. I was promised they would take care of that, but yet another lie. The office staff is rude over the phone, and worse in person. They front you until they get there money. Run away and never look back.
