I have lived here for 4 years now, and at first everything is great. But as time has gone on I realize Thornridge staff and mostly management sucks. The manager is so stupid. You would think living there for 4 years that thornridge would work with you and not against you, but they dont care about you. Personally I think the maintanace staff is good, but its just a certain manager that does not know how to do her job. I would not recommend living here. I can't wait for my lease to end, I have had enough.

I thought that a business was concerned with customer service, but I agree the staff here does not care about indivduals. It seems as if there paycheck comes from signing leases and once you've signed they don't care! It would be nice, if management does read these comments to do something about caring for the individuals that are here. Working with people is what businesses should be concerned with. If they were, you wouldn't have negative comments to write and neither would I.
