i work here and let me tell you, all the people that say they have no problems and the management is awesome, they are the management! we are assigned to check this web site every week, and add coments which would support thornridge, they lie and decieve, and i am here only to support my kids. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

Actually, I too have worked at Thornridge Apartmetns in the past. I do have to agree to the fact that every yes has to come from "the bat cave". I LOVED my job! However, when I did voice my opion on how things could run more smoothly, it was ignored. The woman I am referring to also works in "the bat cave". She is rude, snobby, narcissistic, condescending, and cold hearted. She knows who she is. And the tiny man who thinks he is GODS gift to Thornridge...needs to recognize that he isn't all that.

Hmmm...dec1923 - If this person LOVED their job, one can conclude that they must have been fired, which is probably what fueled such negativity when they wrote their review. Funny. This website is designed to review apartments. All these two people can come up with are grievances about their bosses. Seems like they missed the point of the website. From these reviews, I am going to conclude that the apartments are run very well - their reviews don't state otherwise. I am also concluding that the apartments are run very well because they don't continue to employ people with such negative attitudes, which is very insightful on management's part! Good job!

March44 and March45, eh? Interesting. I agree that it's a Thornridge employee. THORNRIDGE is terrible. They don't care about the residents AT ALL, period.

For someone to be as unhappy as this person claims to be, yet remain at their apartment for 4 years, just doesn't make any sense, which leads me to the conclusion that the apartment must be pretty great! Furthermore, their comments don't mention anything about the apartments! If they are disgruntled with their job, that is one thing... get a different job! But this is a website to rate the APARTMENTS and the quality of how those apartments are managed. This person's ranting does neither. They used this website to air their bitterness about something apparently job related, but their bitterness must not be with the actual apartment or how it is managed, otherwise, why would they stay for 4 years??? Facts worth considering. I believe Thornridge Apartments has been around for almost 30 years! How could they have done that if they lie and deceive like this person is accusing them of doing? The conflicting ranting versus this person's actions make their comments lose all credibility. If you are looking for a great place to live, you should base your decision on a company's longevity and reputation, and not the anger-filled comments from a disgruntled employee. It is wrong that they used this website to air their grievance about their job.

i think that the management should stay off the website and spend there time doing there job not arguing with people online. nice to see how my rent check is spent
