Good experience I've lived in Timberview for a little over a year and have been generally happy with my overall experience. The apartment was brand new when we moved in and we have a great view of the woods and some ponds. Here is a list of random comments:
-Smoke alarms are pretty sensitive

Smoke alarms VERY sensitive. At least the first and second time I used the oven. Havent had them go off since.
