everything is fine when you move in but after a few months they find things wrong with you. the noise level is bad you can here noises from other units. kids are allowed to run wild and make all the noise they want and nothing is done about it. teens are allowed to get on the play equipment at all hours of the night and make out with their girlfriends. not a nice place to live. you are promised things and nothing is done. the heat bills are bad in the winter time as the windows frost over and in the summer the air from the air conditioners go through the windows. there isn't enough natural light in the units. you only have one window in the kitchen, and one slider in the living room. upstairs you have a slider in the master bedroom and one window in the other bedroom. you need your lamps on all day in order to get enough light in there to see things. the basements are damp all the time and hard to fix up for a family room. there are a lot better places to live with basements that are cleaner and warmer in the winter. do yourself a favor and don't live here

This is from a couple that thank the good lord no longer lives here! of course this couple would complain that is all they did the whole year they lived here! There is always at least one nut case in every neighborhood no matter where you live. Of course sometimes you can hear the neighbor kids, But they are kids! Get over yourself! We are allowed one parking space in front of our building and one under the carport but this couple believed in his and hers parking in front of the building and made sure no one parked in the area they decided was theirs. This couple complained about everything, What a strange complaint though about not having enough windows! HAHAHA These are townhouses built right next to each other of course your only going to have 1 window front and a slider back with the same layout upstairs. No the basements are not damp! and the complaint about the playground and the teenagers was dealt with, obviously something was still needed to complain about even though this couple no longer lives here-they were ASKED to leave if that answers anyones question. So believe what you want but Pinehurst is a very nice Family setting. Thumbs up to management!

the manager always has a reason for everything lol... it's not true these people were not kicked out.

there is a lot nice townhouses in the area that have basements that are fixed up and he rent is cheaper than pinehurst.do your self a favor and don't live here.
