looks nice, seems friendly, the first year was great here and it just keeps getting worse and worse, thought this would be a great place. This is the ghetto of grand ledge, there's kids screaming everywhere, everything in the units are falling apart one by one, the walls are paper thin and this place is not easy to keep cool or warm, our consumers energy bill was $300 for one month. Definetly will not resign a lease here...

I have lived here for YEARS and have NEVER had a problem. Yes, there are children, and yes, they make noise. There are only two out of five buildings that are close enough to the playground for the sound to carry. Maybe you should have chose a different unit further from the playground if laughing kids is a problem. As far as "things" getting fixed, I'VE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. NEVER. All you have to do is report the issue and it is addressed promptly. I currently live here, and it's FAR from "ghetto". Not sure where YOU live, but it's not Pinehurst Townhomes.
