I have lived here going on 10 months now and we are on our 3rd manager. We love the building and the grounds. Maintenance is the best I've seen. But the owners really messed up when they hired this one. You have to basically harrass her to get to fill out a complaint sheet. She "forgets" about work orders constantly. She is not willing to transfer tenants. In general, I would not recomend this apartment complex to anyone purely by the lack of support, interest and knowledge of the manager.

EDIT: I forgot to mention the laundry situation is very poor. They will not install more units. You only have access to one washer/dryer for the 15-17 units you share with.
