This place is much better than when we first moved in. The previous management was terrible. Now, they have a new owner and a new manager - they are the friendliest people and are very willing to work with you. The grounds are kept tidy, maintanence is on top of problems, and they have been working hard to remedy all that crap the old owners left behind. The only complaint I have is the noisy neighbors - but that's not the apartment's fault! I love this place and hope to stay here another year.
