I have no complaints. There was an issue with the roofing last year, but it was fixed pretty quickly. I live in one of the townhome lofts, and it is spacious and comfortable. I love the layout of the rooms, and there's a great view of the river from the back of the building. I've had no trouble with management, and they lowered the rent last year, which was nice. Of course, nothing is perfect, and the ventilation system makes a little too much noise, and there's the occasional train whistle from the nearby tracks. Also, Grand Ledge is a bit off the path from Downtown Lansing. But all things considered, you can't beat the size and style for the price.
