I've been living here for quite awhile now. I've always enjoyed it. Sure there were a few things here and there but I expect that living in the same building as people I dont know or who have different living habbits than me. I adjust and it's been pretty pleasant. However...now the manager that had been here for a long time and really seemed to always know what was going on and was always great in helping me is gone. The new manager doesn't seem as friendly or knowledgable. It just doesn't feel the same around here anymore. The apartments are nice/large and Grand Ledge is great. Wish DTN could have kept the long term manager or starts paying attention to the things that have already started to go downhill since the change.
