I am very concerned that you recently discharged the Resident Manager. With all due respect it seems a very poor business decision. I had recently went through a divorce when I moved in here. This was a bad experience and was made more bearable due to the Resident Manager. These apartments are less like a place to live and more like a home because of what she did here. I have nothing but good things to say about the way she handled problems and concerns that I have had. I have watched her as she has helped other neighbors as well. We are people here and not just numbers. Due to this poor decision I will not re-new my lease. I want to live where I am cared about.

I'm sorry about what happened to the resident manager, but the one at present is also caring about the welfare of tenents to a fault. Divorce is not a pleasant experince either.
