If your neighbors are more mature, it's not a bad place to live. But lately the residents seem to be getting younger and younger, and that means LOUDER and more inconsiderate. The walls are paper thin to begin with and the younger neighbors have turned the complex into a trailer park. I would recommend it if you like to be LOUD because you can have a party with all your neighbors, but if you're looking for someplace quiet, DON'T choose this place. When DTN dropped the complex, I thought the front office became nicer and easier to work with.
