It is a shame this place has turned into drug alley. I am surprised --------------- would allow such behavior at his property. Since the new managment took over last Febuary it has gone down hill. Many young kids and drugs. I heard a boy found a herion needle in the parking lot of one of the buildings. The managment company did nothing about it, they dont even want to talk to any of the residents. The staff is terrible never in the office, before you could at least get a hold of the resident manager and now you get an answering machine. Does ----- really think ---- ----- is doing a good job''' What a shame it used to be a happy place..now it all has gone down hill.

I just moved from Sandstone Creek apartments and while I do have my complaints about the place, I do want to say that not all of the office staff is terrible. I have dealt with ------ and I think she is wonderful. If I ever had a concern she took care of it. The others well I dont have much to say about them but I just want people to know that there is a person who cares there and I am glad that they have her. The place is really not that bad.

I would also like to add that the staff here is very friendly and caring about there residents. it is a great place to live. The maintenece team of--------------- are GREAT!! they go above and beyond to get the job done. As for the manager ------, She cares more about her residents than any manager I have lived under. DONT LET ONE PAST RESIDENT....RUIN IT BECAUSE SHE CANT HACK IT !! ITS GREAT!

I very much enjoy living at Sandstone. The rent is reasonable. The office personnel is always friendly and prompt with any issues I needed addressed and the service is outstanding. I have been a renter for over 5 years in the Lansing area and I think my experience so far at Sandstone has been the most pleasant. By all the name dropping in this person's review, it's obvious she has a personal issue with the new management company.

My wife and I just moved in from a real drug alley, and this isn't it. We've had zero issues with noise, drug use, or any other criminal activity at this site. The fact that you would defame the managment is also telling, as I've known them personally for many years. You also make mention that you heard about someone with a needle in his arm. Hearsay is not admissable in court, and should not be in your review either.
