I have lived at Sandstone Creek for 2 years. I just renewed my lease for a third year. My fiance and I have had a very good experience with the new management company. They have put money into improving the property (something DTN never did) and actually have a competent leasing and service staff. The rent is very reasonable and my neighbors are great.
