I have never lived in worse apartments in my life. The staff doesn't help, the fleas are horrible. The apartments are small and the walls are thin. I would not wish my worst enemy to live here. I am glade that my lease is not being renewed! BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

Thanks for the response -------! Your the Biggest Problem. Because of you and your partner the residence that are not being "renewed" are leaving on there own terms.

I have lived her almost 2 years myself and have had nothing but trouble. Between peoples cars getting toaded yes alive toads with torn legs off thrown in cars, tires slashed, calling the cops almost nightly, and having to worry about my children seeing things they shouldnt is something I didnt expect. This place has gone down hill since the new managment and after they got rid of a person who actually did her job. Im not here to mention names of the people in the office who just shows up to work and tells there residents to respect there staff. When they dont even respect the fact that we all have been effected by all the drama. Hopefully this place can get its act together, clean the black mold in peoples apartments, update the decks, and start actually caring about there residents and not themselves. Once that happens maybe just maybe this place will get better but like I said been here almost 2 years and im leaving. I left a drama place and was told this place would feel like home but when you cant leave your apartment without steping in poop, or having to call the cops its not home. Also its not home when maintence doesnt know how to do there job yet if you say anything to them it just gets you into trouble. My recomendation is to never rent from here unless you have no life, no kids, and love drama and being treated like crap from staff. good luck!!!!!!! Dont rag on people who voice how they feel expecially when not all the people who voice how they feel are being evicted.

These people are full of ---- I have lived here 2 years with no problems, I had over a grand in stereo equipment in my car (never bothered). Every neighbor I have ever talked to is as nice as they come. Maintenence has fixed all my problems same day (even 11 pm on a friday when my hotwater heater quit). And as for fleas take care of your pets.

I agree with the maintenance problem, but not with the fleas..ew? Try vacuuming a little? I don't like living here personally but that is not because of neighbors, it is how this place is managed. I've had no issues with any neighbors, next door or in other buildings. As for stepping in poo, watch where you step.. simple.
