We moved into Sandstone Creek in 2008, and as soon as our lease is up we're moving out. Let me tell you first off the buildings, though older, are nice, the layout and spacious quarters are nice as well.
First off, we have had our water shut off without notification for more than several hours at a time MULTIPLE times per week. Upon calling the front office, we were told they had no idea and the maintenance must be working on the water heater. The water softener is pretty much useless in the building we're at, our glass dishes are etched with salt deposits and pretty much ruined due to the malfunctioning softener.
Maintenance is useless, my husband could pretty much fix anything faster and better than them.
Parking is almost useless, I work into the evening and coming home after dark there are so many cars in the parkinglot I've had a problem trying to find a space to come home to! There are multiple cars with flat tires that have not been moved or towed since we moved in 2008 they refuse to do anything to. Those are valuable spaces that are being wasted.
