Place is older but nicer than the factories downtown - lived downtown in one of the renovated factories it was very noisy. Have lived at Viewpoint for about 4 months and love it so far. Everyone is so nice the staff and my neighbors. I have meet many people in the elevators and everyone seems to love living here. Something Special - This community is really pretty in the spring/summer. Huge apartments for a good price. The only downside is paying all of the utilities, but it's worth it for what you get in return...peace of mind. The property manager is awesome and takes a personal care in the community.
