I was at Apple Ridge for 2-1/2 years. The staff has always been excellent, and maintenance responded to problems and requests almost immediately. The apartments are not fancy; they are adequate. Just a little noise from the tenants above, but nothing unusual for apartment living. It was, overall, a very good experience.
