For the price you pay, these apartments are not bad at all. The only utility I pay is electric, and trust me, that is quite a deal compared with places that charge you for heat and water as well. The apartments are not very fancy, but they are adequate. I have a friend who lives in Heritage Hill in an apartment about the size of mine. She pays $700 a month and that DOES NOT include utilities. Now that's expensive. The downside is that sometimes the parking sucks (esp. late at night) but you deal with it. As far as the management is concerned I have never had a problem.
