It is nice apartment and quiet complex.
Repairs are made promptly and politely.
The pool is very nice and clean.
The rent is reasonable for the apartment.
The only negative comment is the apartment
hallways are dirty. Management does not
seem to have them cleaned regularly.
The dirty hallways make my beautiful apartment appear shabby.
Before signing the lease, I may have reconsidered
my decision to move into Appleridge Apts.
The hallways have cobwebs, needs vacuuming,
windows need to be cleaned-inside and out,
railings need to painted, cements steps need
to moped. This is summer, the steps will look horrible in the winter. Patch the wholes in the hallway walls and repaint.
