Lived in a one bedroom for a year. Had some decent neighbors, had some loud neighbors. No dishwasher or disposal, did have a laundry room accessed from outside the building. Nice pool, parking good, but dumpster was right in the middle of the lot for some reason. Rent was reasonable, but make sure you give 30 days notice even if your lease is up. Basically a no frills cheap decent place.
