I had a nice view and it was a pleasant neighborhood. I was always treated well by the office staff. The rent was reasonable, although I think the units deserve a washer/dryer in the unit for what you're paying. My only complaint would be the maintenance staff: friendly but nothing ever was fixed permanantly.
