Pretty good - room for improvement From: BlkJaguar Date posted: 5/15/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   The office staff here has been fabulous. We like our apartment, but would kill for a dishwasher, not to mention a washer/dryer that I didn't have to walk outside to get to. I end up going to the laundry mat, b/c if I have to carry my laundry through the snow anyway, I might as well go where it costs less. The parking here can be crowded, but it's not too awful. Nothing here is new though. Old showers, sinks, toilets, fridge, counters, cabinets. Good place for students, but be careful about noise. Our neighbor has been threatened with eviction b/c of noise violations. (SHE LIVES WITH HER 80 YEAR OLD GRANDMOTHER) We've never heard even a peep from them, and she was really frustrated when they told her. They don't check on noise complaints, they just mark 'em down, even it you tell them it wasn't you. However, overall, we have enjoyed living here. We've been here for 2 years, gotten to know a few of our neighbors, and probably wouldn't be in such a hurry to move if we just had a DISHWASHER!
