I'm a college student and I've lived here for a year. After living in the Ravines (on campus) for two years this place is heaven to me. I've been in an apartment near the front of the complex, it is an older one. It has central air, all the appliances are fairly new and it was pretty clean when I moved in. The pool is pretty great and the grounds are well kept.

I've really loved living here because it's convenient and inexpensive. I can't afford to live anywhere else, so for me this will do. With two of us living here it makes monthly living expenses under $350 (including utilities). Plus, there's tons of stuff within walking distance or a short drive away.

The office staff has always been friendly and helpful. We had to be on the waiting list to get in here for about five months, but we were told of the wait ahead of time and were prepared. We got in with plenty of time to spare before classes started and it was definitely worth the price of rent and the piece of mind knowing I didn't need extra loans to get by.

My only complaint is that some of the neighbors are weird (in the case of the family below me). Also, I'd kill for a dishwasher.

I know another girl said there are sex offenders living in the complex, but I checked just yesterday (9/2/07) and there are currently none.

I hear you about having weird neighbors. Thats what you get though when you are working thru college and cant afford much else. You get scummy neighbors.
