Yes, at first it seems like an amazing deal, but all of our moms were right, you get what you pay for. The list is long but these were my expereiences:

1.Bathroom ceiling collapsed over bathtub, minutes after my roomate got out of the shower

2. This was the worst: Apartments are cheaply made and thus you can her everything. so some 18 yr old girl moves in with her girlfriend and I not only hear thumping and partying through all hours of the night, but I can hear them continously havibng sex 3 times a day. And Im talking about 9 am, 11 am, 4 am, etc. If you actually work and need to get up in the morning, I wouldnt recommend living here, you wont get any sleep if you end up with upstairs neighboors like mine!

3. People continously smoking illegal substances outside of our balcony

4. Friends car got keyed while leaving it overnight at my apartment

5. My car ended up with a mysterious substance ended up all over my car one night (lucky could wash it off)

6. Hallways look like they were built in 1912

Other than that, not too shabby. ;) Maintience was quick and friendly and having a balcony was fun.
