I lived in Apple Ridge for two years and had a great experience. Yes, there was the occasional late night person outside my widow being a little loud on the weekend, but it was never anything out of control. The staff is great and maintenance was always taken care of immediately when requested. It is primarily college kids and some young families/business professionals, I would not recommend this apartment for someone who will be seriously bothered by noise- while generally contained to the weekend I could occasionally hear my neighbor through the wall. Overall, it was a great place to live. The price and location were perfect (right on the bus line to allendale and grand rapids) and it was always clean and a good starter apartment.
