The apartments themselves are very nice. Ranch style, wallpapered instead of plain white walls. The only thing I dont like about them is the one bedrooms are very small. But then again you'll have that problem with most any 1 bedroom apartment. Also, it's spider infested. I can not even tell you how many spiders a day I kill in this place, not to mention walking through my own front door is like a little portal to hell with all the spiders. Animal friendly, which is a good thing, unless you live next to someone with a noisy dog.
As far as maintenance, I've never had a problem getting them to fix anything, but we've only called them once or twice and they were out the same or next day, and fixed it right away. Everyone is really pleasant to deal with from the maintenance, to the neighbors, to the office staff.
We will be moving when our lease is up simply for more space, and to get away from the spiders.
But if you're one person, dont need a lot of space, and dont mind spiders, it's great! Very affordable, too.
My particular neighbor has a tendency to blast ghetto booty rap through the wall at any given time of the day. Although I'm sure if the person living next to you didnt have a subwoofer up against the wall adjascent to you, the noise level wouldnt be so bad. Overall most of the neighbors are quiet.
