Years at this apartment: 1996 - 1998
 
Rent was cheap, but then the electric bill comes. Let me tell you something- electric heat is is a terrible thing to endure, especially in a building that's not well insulated. The location sure was convenient- work, shopping, dining all just a quick walk away... You're right off 28th street. The thing I miss most about these apartments is the attic storage in your unit.
