"Oink, Oink", said the Eenhoorn management,
as they let their property become slums of
the city.

As the tenants who lived in their pathetic
apartment complexes endured the drug dealing,
fights, parties, perverted maintenance men, and hidden costs.

Arrowhead has received compliments from the Grand Rapids City Housing Inspectors on their performace for the upkeep and good condition of their apartment homes. Feel free to call the city to verify this information.

Really? How about the drug deals and party crowd? Are the Grand Rapids City Housing Inspectors aware of these issues? I think not. If they were aware, the noise and drugs would cease. Arrests would be made.
