Before I moved in to Arrowhead, I did a lot of research. I checked out Rent.com, looked in the local paper & talked to people that have live in Grand Rapids for years. Since I am new to the area, I wanted to make sure that I found the perfect place to live. I checked out this website too. There were a lot of bad reviews. But I just figured the majority of the people that come to this website are just upset about something or other. Thats actually how I found this website. But, I am so thankful that I went with my gut feeling. The ladies in the office were so friendly & helpful... I just had to move in. If you are looking for a new apartment thats inexpensive & close to everything, come to Arrowhead. They are great!
