I live at this complex right now and Ive never had any issues with rodents. (maybe the guy with the mice never cleaned the apartment!)I also think that this place is the quitest apartments that I've ever lived at (and I've lived at 6 complex's). And anywhere you sign a lease there will be fee's if you break it...duh!! Thats life, probably should of read your lease!
I like Arrowhead and thats why I'll be renewing my lease next month. GREAT PLACE!!
