It seems most of the positive reviews here are
"plants" from the Arrowhead office.
My apartment had mold, rodents, and the staff
are ONLY concerned about money.
Many loud and rude people seem to live and visit here as well.
Bottom line, a trailer park complex with a
clueless staff.

At move in all new residents sign many addendums related to the community. Included in this packet is information on what to do IF have maintenance issues in your apartment. The mainteance team cannot fix what they do not know about. The above mentioned problems are taken very seriously and there is always an immediate response to maintenance requests. Posting them on a website is not the best route to take to get something repaired. Each year all the staff memebers are sent to training courses related to each aspect of providing superior service to our customers whether that be leasing, managment or mainteance. Posting responses to criticism shows we care about what each individual person experiences in our community and every comment is taken into consideration for future improvements. Each staff memeber works very hard to keep well over 500 people happy each day. We take pride in our community regarless of how some choose to label it.
