Our car was broken into 2 times in 6 months!
Someone's door was kicked in one night,
every weekend there is loud music and
a teen party, the staff does not care.
The office staff and management are very,
very slow and ignore concerns of safety.
The apartments are in bad repair and falling
apart.

Residents are reminded on a monthly basis through community newsletters about the importance of crime prevention and what they can do to protect their personal property. Arrowhead Apartments has a great working relationship with the local police department to ensure better public service if our residents need it. Any problems that the police respond to are immediately reported via email to the apartment office. All residents are subject to a thorough criminal background check before they are allowed to live in the community. Any issues that effect our community are immediately reported via written notification to ALL residents if there is anything they need to be made aware of. There is constant reminder that ANYTIME someone has a noise complaint it needs to be reported to the office. Safety is a state of mind and varies per individual person. Therefor crime prevetion is the responsibility of everyone in our local community from the police department to the management staff down to each individual. The staff takes safety concerns very seriously when those concerns are presented to the office.
